19/07/2023	Excellent seller in every way. Difficult comms vis-a-vis BBList, tho. A seeming misunderstanding between us leaves me utterly perplexed. Note by BB List Staff: We tried to explain to the buyer why offers were NET of vat/shipping costs. i.e. To keep seller fees lower (so they don't pay our fees on their costs). The buyer had trouble understanding this. Happy sellers means they will charge less for the kit and hopefully sell more kit on BB and hopefully a nicer and better experience for buyers as well as sellers. Our ethos since inception 30 years ago has always been to provide a safe and fair service for our film&tv colleagues. Thank you, BB
